Financial Assistance
Patients who are unable to pay for hospital services are encouraged to apply for our Financial Assistance Program. Applications are available here, or by calling 785-227-3308, extension 114. Eligibility is based on household income, family size, and the financial resources of the household.
Federal poverty income guidelines are used as the basis for eligibility. The Financial Assistance Program involves only hospital and physician-hospital charges. Some services provided by the hospital are not included. Physician fees from the clinics are not included in the hospital's Financial Assistance Program. If you need assistance with a physician services bill, you will need to work directly with the physicians or their office staff.

THE SMOKY VALLEY CARES FUND
Created for people in need of certain cancer screening tests by people that care, this fund was established with the first "Battle of the Buses" in 2011.
